Mente Mirim is free for personal use, has no ads and comes with everything unlocked. Optional Google Play purchases: donations (unlock nothing in the game besides a thank-you seal) and coin or diamond packs only for the character shop; the app does not refund purchases, and refund requests follow Google Play's rules.
Content
Mente Mirim's games, drawings and sounds are original. Made for families, from age 4. The app's name, look, texts and code belong to the developer. Copying, modifying, selling or redistributing the app or parts of it without permission is not allowed.
How the app is provided
The app is provided as is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for losses arising from using the app, such as losing high scores when clearing the device's data.
Google services
Features that depend on Google Play, such as optional purchases, are also subject to the Google Terms of Service.
Updates
We may update the app and these terms to improve the experience. The current version is always on this page, with the date at the top.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to the rights your country's law grants you as a consumer.
